Terms & Conditions of Booking

Payment of services

  1. Please note the fee is non-refundable should you cancel.
  2. Any cancellations should be made within 48 hours prior to your booking.
  3. Balance for payment of services is to be made on the day of service, completed by bank transfer. 

Health and Safety

  1. The health and safety of our clients and staff is our top priority. 
  2. We are continuing to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak closely and adhering to and working to guidance from the government. 
  3. Surrey Home Organisers has the right to cancel within 24 hours of our booking, as do you, should any symptoms arise that concern us. 

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Restrictions

  1. Surrey Home Organisers (We) confirms that on entering your home we have not had any symptoms of Coronavirus (COVID-19) or have tested positive for COVID-19 at any point within the last 14 days prior to this booking.
  2. We ask you to confirm that nobody in your household has tested positive for COVID-19 or had any symptoms of Coronavirus within the last 14 days.
  3. We ask that all members of the household are NOT present in the room which we will be working in, unless absolutely essential.
  4. In the case of us having to be in the same room, you will keep a 2m safe distance.
  5. You ‘the client’ will also ensure all surfaces prior to our visit have been treated with antibacterial spray and hand wash is available to use throughout.
  6. You ‘the client’ will be happy to undertake a temperature test and record it, alongside ours on arrival to your home.
  7. We have the right to cancel within 24 hours of our booking, as do you, should any symptoms arise that concern us.
  8. Please confirm that you feel safe and happy for Surrey Home Organisers to carry out work in your home.
  9. I have read and agree to the terms outlined above.
