Terms & Conditions of Booking
Payment of services
- Please note the fee is non-refundable should you cancel.
- Any cancellations should be made within 48 hours prior to your booking.
- Balance for payment of services is to be made on the day of service, completed by bank transfer.
Health and Safety
- The health and safety of our clients and staff is our top priority.
- We are continuing to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak closely and adhering to and working to guidance from the government.
- Surrey Home Organisers has the right to cancel within 24 hours of our booking, as do you, should any symptoms arise that concern us.
Coronavirus (COVID-19) Restrictions
- Surrey Home Organisers (We) confirms that on entering your home we have not had any symptoms of Coronavirus (COVID-19) or have tested positive for COVID-19 at any point within the last 14 days prior to this booking.
- We ask you to confirm that nobody in your household has tested positive for COVID-19 or had any symptoms of Coronavirus within the last 14 days.
- We ask that all members of the household are NOT present in the room which we will be working in, unless absolutely essential.
- In the case of us having to be in the same room, you will keep a 2m safe distance.
- You ‘the client’ will also ensure all surfaces prior to our visit have been treated with antibacterial spray and hand wash is available to use throughout.
- You ‘the client’ will be happy to undertake a temperature test and record it, alongside ours on arrival to your home.
- We have the right to cancel within 24 hours of our booking, as do you, should any symptoms arise that concern us.
- Please confirm that you feel safe and happy for Surrey Home Organisers to carry out work in your home.
- I have read and agree to the terms outlined above.
